unless it’s like, a split-level building, THEN i get it?? Like my dorm this year, I was on the bottom floor which from the back was the first floor, but from the front was underground/basement; so that was called ground floor > 1st floor > etc.
BUT IF IT’S JUST A FLAT BUILDING WHY THE HECK DO YOU GO UP A FLIGHT TO GET TO FLOOR ONE. I DONT GET IT.
